New Arcade Riven Skin auto attack damage delay/no in sync with animation

I've played maybe about 30 or 40 games on the new arcade riven skin and I've discovered that there is a problem with her auto attacks. When you're going in for an auto attack (like lets say you're doing the fast combo on her q) and you do q, auto attack, q; the animation of the skins auto attack plays (the pixels come out and it makes the sound) but there is no damage done. This is the only skin that does this to my knowledge (I've played atleast 100 to 120 games on all the other skins, not including crimson elite.) The skin is not in sync with the damage that comes out and its really a big problem that I'm sure can be a easy fix.
