Client Keep DC'ing and wont allow bans

Queued up for ranked and couldn't ban randomly. Client keeps dc'ing and regularly posts, "You have disconnected from PVP.Net. Attempting to restore your game upon reconnect..." "Reconnected to PVP.Net" in the chat, but it allows you to pick a champ. Not sure why this happened, but this is the first time this has ever happened. Also, now it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting when I'm just in the regular home screen.
