4.20 Runes/Masteries Bug
By using LolNexus.com before about 3 games in a row, I realized that nobody's rune and mastery pages are showing up right. So I can't tell who is going to what lane now. It appears to be something wrong with the LOL API.

I don't believe the RIot API has a section for what's going on in the current game. That was something sites like LOL Nexus reverse engineered. I could be wrong though.
