Karma's q is bugged

Last match i've noticed that Karma's q is really buggy atm. Sometimes it would explode right after i casted it. Sometimes it would explode mid air without hitting anything. Sometimes it would hit someone/something but it wouldnt apply the dmg. And sometimes it would pass right through a enemy ( yes my teammates saw that as well, so it clearly wasnt lag ).
