accept and decline dialog box problems.....client responding slowly

guys since the last patch 5.14 i have been having many problems with the client ..... first thing it takes alot to logging in then it kept saying retrieving data ... and that's ok but what really makes me mad when i go for a match 5x5 and i click accept but it says someone refused then it gives me a message Game not found and i keep accepting matches and the same happens till a message came to me saying That i declined too much and if i declined more i'll get temp ban like 15-30 mins ... the thing i have never declined everytime i click on accept .... and finally when i got lucky and gone into a match but then when i picked a champ i took time to see what champ i picked like 5 secs then when i tried to change the spells it took time again .... all that happened after last patch... i can't live like that plz help Note : the game is fine it's just a client problems :/
