accept and decline dialog box problems.....client responding slowly

since the last patch 5.14 i have been having many problems with the client ..... first thing it takes a lot to logging in then it kept saying retrieving data ... and that's ok but what really makes me mad when i go for a match 5x5 and i click accept but it says someone refused then it gives me a message Game not found and i keep accepting matches and the same happens till a message came to me saying That i declined too much and if i declined more i'll get temp ban like 15-30 mins ... the thing i have never declined everytime i click on accept .... and finally when i got lucky and gone into a match but then when i picked a champ i took time to see what champ i picked like 5 secs then when i tried to change the spells it took time again .... all that happened after last patch... i can't live like that plz help Note : the game is fine it's just a client problems :/ Please help if u know what to do :/ :/
