Here a tip : The bot on the top line then went AFK go on when u Close to the Nexus.

This is freaking ridiculous. We get a shout out about it in the Meddler's thoughts and then absolutely nothing. At least mark it as an ongoing play mode issue in your client. But I guess having a mark on a lack of a fix for a month(s) doesn't look too good huh?

Can we please have this bug reviewed? I have submitted the bug report a month ago for previous patch. I thought it would have been fixed with this new patch but apparently not. The AI bots in top lane is still missing one or remain AFK. Treating the game like it is 4 players not 5 players.
