Weird Twitch Bug

Hello, I dont really know if this is a bug or not but ill report it anyways. The Thing is that i feel twitch is bugged. This is because to me twitch has been feeling very sluggish and unresponsive. Like an example is that when ever i give twitch a command it takes him an extra second to do it, you could argue this is due to lag but no, there is no lag when this happens, ive tested this in other games with other champions and there fine they respond on time and everything and for me it feels twitch has become increasingly more unresponsive with this recent patch. Another thing ive noticed is that for some reason Twitch's Model will move to the nearest wall on its own, this is with no walk command or any type interference from any other champion, when this happens the model moves on its own twitch does not do his walk animation when this happens and has happened at least for me more than once in a game.
