League takes a while to load before and after a match

So i have the game in my m2 ssd and ive noticed that it takes a while to load when the match starts and after the game when i press continue after a victory or defeat.... My ssd is fine the windows boot pretty fast and so do my other games, ive tried repairing it and usin the hex craft tool thing but nothing fixed it... Any tips? Is it the client? It loads immediately to some of my friends...
