Game takes long time to load

Hello i experience a problem with the new client that its been out for a long time now. Everytime it takes a while to load after champ select, and after the game has ended in the post screen. 1% chance i get an unable to connect please check your internet connection at the beginning of the match, i press retry and it loads immediately. it cant be because of my specs because i have a 9600K, 32GB of ram at 3200Mhz, RTX 2070 and a brand new M2 500GB Samsung 970 evo plus nvme and a 150mbps internet connection. any thoughts? tried disabling firewall etc. also the low spec mode and the other thing are not ''checked''
