Eternal Loading Screen when Selecting Ward Skin (New Champ Select)

Just tried changing my ward skin while in new champ select (draft mode). I was able to pick one, decided I didn't want that, and when I clicked on my ward skins a second time, I just got the loading symbol. I thought it might go away when it was my turn to pick a champ, instead I ended up having to dodge and got a penalty for it... In fact after I left lobby, it was STILL showing the loading symbol, with me unable to click anywhere. Only fix is to restart client :(
