Server lag?

So i've been playing pretty much all day today and have dced many times. i never have lag and have a super fast computer so im almost sure its server lag. other players were saying they were getting it too. just wondering if your planning to refund lp like u normally do when servers lag out? i was stomping a game just now and started dcing every 2 mins and we ended up losing. My connection is fine to everything else so that shows even more that its server lag.
