[GAMEPLAY] Vel'Koz ult bugged, doesn't do anything/ignores cursor

So I don't know how to replicate the bug, sometimes it seems to just lock me in the channel position while firing no lasers at all, sometimes it will fire the laser in one direction and completely ignore the cursor direction. I think it may happen mostly after throwing out Q+W+E all at once to try to burst someone down, but that may just be my imagination. I've also been using the Battlecast skin, if that would make any difference. It's been happening every game at least once, so it shouldn't be too hard to replicate. I'd take a screenshot of it when it happens if the screenshots weren't just saved as a complete black screen.

A separate bug altogether apparently happens when Illaoi's on the map at the same time. His movement animation just stops altogether and he floats around motionlessly. Attack animations involve his lasers just popping in out of nowhere while he's stuck in whatever formation he was, sometimes he gets stuck with his tentacles all stretched out looking like a skating tripod.
