[GAMEPLAY] Level Up icons fade when the level gives the needed stats to evolve an ability.

When a level up makes provides the final stats needed for Kai'sa to evolve an ability, the level up icons do not behave as normal. The skill evolution icon appears, but after selecting the evolution, the normal level up icons are faded (see linked screenshot). The icons do still perform the occassional shine used for attention-grabbing (not shown in screenshot). The icons closed as normal when a skill was ranked up and behaved correctly for the remaining levels.

Reproduction steps:

1. Purchase the items shown in the screenshot (Doran's Blade, Guinssoo's Rageblade, Berserker's Greaves, Hextech Gunblade, Zeal, Dagger)
2. Level up to 15 and select all the level ups (5 in Q, 5 in W, 3 in E, 2 in R in this example.)
3. Level up to 16
4. Evolve the E (due to the attack speed per level pushing the total to 100%)
5. Normal level up icons for E and R are now empty, W icon is not present at all.

This occurred every time I tried, resetting the game in the practice tool.
