[CLIENT] Lunch button can be pressed and sound heard when downloading a patch

Steps:

1. Start off by installing LoL. When you launch LoL it will begin to download the content.
2. Select in the top middle of the screen on the text above the progress bar.

• Notice that you can hear the lunch button sound through the download progress

NOTES:

• This occurs 100% of the time for every patch
• Found/reported in build (0.27.0.1003)
