Blue Screen Of Death when patching

Hey guys so I have a problem... I updated my LoL 2 days ago and just when it was about to be done, I got a BSOD and my laptop shut down. Since then, everytime I try to patch, it scans until 2500 (reached 5000 once) then my laptop crashes. Not sure what happened there. Any ideas? Also, maybe the patching has been interrupted in which case I know there is a file in RADS>projects that i have to delete so that I can redownload it during patch but I forgot which one. Help will be very much appreciated. Thanks, crazy.

List the files their Ill help you out as much as I can.

Try uninstalling the client and installing again. It's possible that a file is corrupted and causing your cpu to crash. Outside of that it may just be a hardware issue or a virus. Also, laptops can get hot really fast if theyre in an enclosed area or a surface that absorbs heat easily so make sure it's got room to breathe and isn't hot to the touch.
