Mission Reward Missing And Ticket Help

I played a "Teach a Friend" co-op vs AI game with a lvl11 friend on the same group, but I've yet to receive the icon and BE. What section of submit a ticket can I forward this problem to Riot? There doesn't seem to be a direct "Mission rewards missing" tab.
