A major bug

Hey riot, i will like to say that when i get s+ or s- on my lvl 6 champion (Fizz) i do not earn a lvl 7 token... and when i checked the first token i got it said "Used to advance the mastery level of a specific champion.Acquired by grading a S or above on a level 6 mastery champion" So i will like to be awarded with the token if its possible...

S- are not eligible for level 7 tokens, only S and S+. Also only available on Summoner's Rift in Normal and Ranked Games (possibly Twisted Treeline as well, but nobody really cares about that map).
