A major bug

Hey riot, i will like to sat that when i get s+ or s- on my lvl 6 champion (Fizz) i do not earn a lvl 7 token... and when i checked the first token i got it said "Used to advance the mastery level of a specific champion.Acquired by grading a S or above on a level 6 mastery champion" So i will like to be awarded with the token if its possible...

Few things that might be wrong, you mention S-, but you can't get a token on a Tier 6 with an S-. Next, even if you get an S or S+, it has to be on the standard game mode in a match-made queue. Customs, Featured Game Modes, ARAM and Twisted Treelines won't count.

So first i cant earn one by on solo queue in normal games? and second what i have to do to earn one?
