Varus Visual Bug

So this happens to me, my friends and random people in game. Unlike the Graves bug, this is gamebreaking.

Whenever there is an enemy Varus in the game, this happens. When he starts his Q windup it seems normal. However, he will not move at all. When he fires his Q he will "teleport" to that location. Any skillshots fired at where he actually appears on your screen will not hit him, basically making him have a Wukong W whenever he Q's.

Very annoying. Has got me killed on VarIOus occasions. Behehehe.

this same happen to me just now varus use q he is far then sudden like he use flash come near from me and hit me with q and he do it many times and if you want the match i will send it to you riot

The same thing happened to me and my friend in ranked, the enemy varus won the lane because he was able to surprise us and damaging us, and we couldn't not able to do anything.[zombie-brand-clap]

This happen to me in a ranked game just today and l felt like this is broken and can't be called a bug because it's cheating you are unable to locate his location at the fire moment that's give him advantage in the fight . i wish this can be fixed and we won't see this more .
