Same render bug from 8.1 persists

I know you are not meant to repost bugs, but it is the next patch now and the health bar change has left these disgusting ghost health bars and black dots everywhere on my screen. All my friends occasionally experience it and some randoms have said they do aswell. I assume it does not happen for everyone but clearly a large portion of players and the source needs to be found because it is so ugly, despite how un impactful the bug is on gameplay.

It is definitely related to League's health bar shading update that tuned up them a bit in 8.1, and some render ghost bug has been created as a result.
