Intermediate bot bugs [Gameplay]

Hello again Riot! I was just curious, for a long time, the bots have been buying and have the spell but they haven't been using either for a while now. I know when you guys first made them use these, they were, and that made them more on an intermediate level. They warded the jungle and flashed away to safety, but for a few updates now, they haven't been using them at all. The only time I see any bot using a ward is when he is jumping out of a fight. Can you enlighten me on this matter? Did you disable these features?
