Intermediate bot bugs [Gameplay] 2nd attempt

Attempt number two!

Hello again Riot! Since last season, the bots have been buying Wards and have the Flash spell but they haven't been using either for the past several updates. I know when you guys first made them use these, they were, and that made the bots more intermediate. They warded the jungle and flashed away to safety, but for a few updates now, they haven't. The only time I see any bot using a ward is Jax when he is jumping out of a fight. Were these features disabled?
