Hiemer ult E

When I used Hiemer's ult E it jumped but it only stopped at the first touch of the ground. It used my Ult charge but gave me a reduced CD because it let me use it again in the same fight. I then tried again to use the ult E but it just acted like a normal E and gave me another reduced CD on ult. It does not bounce and disappears at the first touch.
