[Gameplay?] Language Filter in game not client

Alright so this has been a thing for a LONG time, like since the new client came out I'm pretty sure. My language filter is turned off and I see its working clearly in client but once i get in game its always "****". I actually talked to a Riot employee in one of my games recently and his response was that it was a long term bug, I asked if they were still working on fixing it but I got no response. I don't have any screenshots but trust me when I say it happens every game and I really miss seeing some curse words as strange as that sounds :/
