When you get 100 prestige points, you can trade them in for a prestige skin of the past events of the same year. In the client, there are only 4 skins available: Aatrox, Ahri, Fizz, Evelynn. What happened to Lux from the previous event? Did you forget to add her?
Charming2 votesThey didn't forget. She was obtainable only by trading your tokens (2000) of them for the prestige skin, not by trading 2200 tokens for 100 prestige points.. The same as they did when Prestige KDA Akali was released in that event, she wasn't obtainable by prestige points but only by trading event tokens. So with that being said I highly doubt either of them or future ones will be added to the prestige point shop. Just as Prestige Arcade Caitlyn can only be traded via event coins and not prestige shop points.

-- Akali is not in the shop because she released December 2018 and this is the 2019 shop -- Caitlyn is not in the shop because she's in the current event where she only costs 2000 instead of 2200. The idea is "if you get them during the event, they cost 2000. If you get them after the event, they cost 2200 instead." -- The shop clearly states "2019 prestige edition skins released throughout the year", meaning it will also include future and past *prestige skins, as long as their release date is in 2019
If it is true that Lux and Caitlyn won't be included "because they're from arcade", then the shop has deceptive phrasing and I want my money back. Any confirmations that this is true?

you could clearly see on the prestige point shop that lux was not there lmao. neither is kaisa,akali,vayne,caitlyn,irelia,riven,qiyana or lee sin. event skins and prestige point skins are seperate.
