Got nothing out of a chest

I just opened a chest with a key and the client was behaving weirdly. The animation of the chest opening finished, but that was it. When I relogged, I still had nothing new in my loot inventory, but the chest and key were consumed.

I am not 100% sure what I did, but I think it was this: Clicked "Loot", but there was only a black screen. Switched to collection, then back to loot, this time it worked. Rightclick Box -> Open Rightclick Box -> Open (yes, twice) Open button on the right Opening animation happened and finished. Nothing happened after. Went to collection, then back to loot, but saw nothing new in the inventory. Just that the key and chest were consumed. Relogged a couple of times, but still nothing. Client version at the bottom right screen says V7.7-4224096.4268152

I thought maybe I got Essence, but even that comes with at least a ward skin, right? Maybe you could look into my account and tell me what I got, if I missed it?
