[GAMEPLAY] Rek'Sai stuck on terrain when casting tunnel

Sometimes Rek'Sai isn't allowed to pass through terrain when creating a tunnel through it. This bug occurs every so often and has been in the game for a very long time. If you want to recreate this, try creating tunnels through the terrain showed in the clip (as it is the most common place for it to happen). This bug has also happened to me when tunneling into the baron pit from the left wall. Please fix this bug soon. [cass-cry]
