Wont let me open PBE bug

So this morning i was playing PBE, i come back to play around 6 hours later and when i try to open it, it gives me an error saying "the procedure entry point InitializeCriticalSectionEx could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNE32.dll." if i am to return to testing i would need help fixing this bug, if not, i will try to reinstall, but after restarting my computer multiple times the client still wont start.
