Morde FPS Drops

I know this was reported a few patches ago, but it's still occuring. Whenever a Mordekaiser is on-screen, my fps drops by about 25% (normally 60, drops to 45-ish). Have settings all on max, AMD processor, drivers are set, dxdiax comes clean. Any other information I can provide to help figure out the cause?
