Xin Zhao Bugged

Was playing in ranked decided to pick xin zhao. We were doing well I got first blood due to counter jungling and all the lanes were doing rather well. Then a problem occurred on my first gank. Xin Zhao's knock up didn't work. It ended up costing our lives but it was made up because of the mid. we continued to keep up but the bugs persisted. These were definitely not visual either as it happened many times and it costed us many deaths. I know it happens every now and then but could you at least not count it as a loss riot?
