SIONS Q AND ULT STOP WORKING RANDOMLY

i was playing a game last night as sion and if you guys remver awhile back there was a bug with varus and vi where Their q would stop working the entire match . well sion has this bug i was playing a game and near the last 5 minutes of my match sions Q and his ultimate stop working i pressed them and nothing worked it didnt go off

I've had this same issue. Seems like if you max them out by leveling they stop working
