Can't open the Program, Can't Access Support.

YOUR GAME CRASHED WHILE I WAS PLAYING (FOR THE SECOND TIME IN 30MINUTES) AND I CANNOT CONNECT TO THE SUPPORT FROM YOUR WEBSITE EITHER. SEEMS LIKE A MALICIOUS ATTACK. PROGRAM WILL NOT OPEN AT ALL. IT GIVES THE SAME ERROR MESSAGE AS IF I WERE OFFLINE.

Riot have now posted an official status, which can be viewed at http://forums.euw.leagueoflegends.com/board/showthread.php?p=18322150#post18322150 - there are currently an ongoing issue with the servers unfortunately.
