[GAMEPLAY] Jungle

I love the new Jungle. This is about the Raptor Buff. When using any other ward clearing method, you do not have to enter the brush that the ward is in. However, with the Raptor Buff, you do. Even when you have ALLIED Vision in the Brush, the ward does not appear. When using the Sweeping Lens,for example, you can scan a brush, find the ward, without entering, and without prior vision.
I am mostly curious as to whether or not this was an Intentional decision for this Buff.

Smiting Raptors basically gives you an Oracle's Elixir, which did the same thing if you weren't around when that item still existed. Upgraded Sweeper does the same as well, not the initial scan, but the true vision it gives for a few seconds afterwards. It's been a thing for a long time, and I would assume it's intended.
