Game Modes now require lvl 30??? What???

Why are the game modes locked for lvl 30? Now I can't play league. Before it said that we could play it but now it says we can't? This is confusing.

Yeah I am curious if its maintenance and not saying a level 30 summoner can't play because it requires a level 30 summoner too play.

It has nothing to do with you being level 30 or not. It says the same things to level 30's and won't let us play. Custom games WERE working, but now they broke that, too. gg
