Bug with practice tool

So today i was playing around in practice tool since it was realeased just throwing ults on ezreal when all the buttons suddenly stopped working and there was this minion with 0/574 hp just standing there not dead i tried to teleport with shift s i think it is or w/e button it is but it wouldnt work i added a link to the video where the bug happend its near the end.
