Rageblade not procing on Lucian/Cait

This is the 99999th time I post this.

Rageblade should be proc for both Lucian and Cait (Passives).

I am not sure why Riot has ignored my ticket/ posts.

Please do something about it.

It shouldn't. Rageblade ONLY triggers on on-hit effects, such as additional magic damage off of Rageblade, BoRK, Wit's End, and some passives (Lux, Diana, etc)

Lucian and Cait passives are "on attack", not "on hit". E.g. "on attack, next shot is followed by an additional attack" or "on attack, the next basic attack becomes a Headshot"
