Champ Slect Bug

Hi guys, Today I encountered a bug I had never encoutered before. First, champ selection bugged ( it's casual ) and after the game ended I wasnt shown post-game screen but was immidiately sent to the client. A few minutes later I doscovered than this game wasnt even on my match history ( it didnt appear after 2 re-launches ) and I didnt get my money either.
