Champ select freeze

Upon trying to expand the champion list during the animation of champions being banned, my client has been freezing. This forces me to quit the program with task manager and gives me a temporary ban for leaving during champ select. This has happened multiple times and is driving my leaverbuster penalty higher and higher.
