"Summoner 0 is picking" [CLIENT]

This has occurred a few times over the last week or so: I will be in draft pick waiting to lock in my champion, but what will happen is when the person locking in before me locks in, the client will change from 'summoner 3 is picking, summoner 5 is picking, etc.' to saying "summoner 0" is picking. It will then sit there when it is my turn to lock in without presenting me the button to lock in as my client thinks that "summoner 0" is up. The game still knows its my turn, and when my turn is up i will be kicked and given a time penalty despite never being given the option to lock in my champion. My time penalty is getting very high and there is nothing i can do about it .
