Sion Visual Bug

I've attached a screenshot with Sion using his "q" ability. Its a visual bug where his radius for his "q" isn't fully being shown. And i needed to report this since people could exploit this bug to get stealthy kills for an easy victory. This bug however is on the stairs of purple base, i haven't tested it on blue side yet.

Edit: I found out its when ever hes on a lower surface area. aka standing in the river and using "q" up the ramps.
