Shen Taunt in New Summoners rift beta, team builder.

I was recently playing a game as Shen. Twice in this game My taunt will affect the enemy champions but they would not follow me and instead will continue to chase the one they clicked to attack. They are unable to cast spells but they refuse to chase the Shen. There was another instance in the same match where my taunt went through the enemy but nothing happened.

I'm not sure if my flash into taunt contributed.
