No Skin Boost sound when changing masteries (ARAM)

During an ARAM game, i was changing my masteries during setup. When i was done, i had all of a sudden unlocked Hazmat heimerdinger , in addition to the 2 other heimerdinger skins i already owned, but there was no Skin boost sound or notification in the chat. After the match i got the usual message when someone has bought a skin boost, informing me i got 100 extra IP (yay!).

Am i the only one who has tried this, not getting the notification in chat or having the sound play as another firendly soul unlocks us a random skin, while changing masteries in setup??

If so, it would be nice to get it fixed since most could miss out on a free skin, that someone else spent their hard earned money on to buy for us. Nothing is more infuriating than when someone doesnt select their random skin after you spent RP on them...
