[CLIENT]Displayed Time

The time that is currently displayed when hovering over your friend's game is about 60 minutes longer than the actual current time inside the game. Step-by-Step not necessary as it happens immediately when I log in. It's been like this since the newest patch update for me, so basically every time I do log in it always displays the time like this.
