[GAMEPLAY?]Slight Graphical bug

In each of the images I posted there is a similarity in all of them. Right above the Skills that you can use there is a weird black graphic bug that you can see.

In the next image I show after each one you can see that it's gone. The reason for this is I ALWAYS have to re-change my resolution from 1920x1080 to anything else, and then back again. In short I have to go from X(standard resolution I use) to Y(random resolution) back to X for it to get rid of said bug.

1. Start up game matchmade game.

I can not reproduce this when I create a custom game as it does not show up. However if I start a Normal/Aram it always happens,(except for the few random times it hasn't which has only been twice under unknown circumstances) and to get rid of it I always have to do what I stated above.

I play on Borderless whether that has to have any impact on this I do not know.
