Champion Select Bug

Queued up for ranked today, got into lobby and the first thing I notice is that I'm jungle, not unusual but interestingly, it didn't swap over my ignite to smite instantly. I thought oh well, maybe it just bugged out, but I couldnt do anything in champ select, couldnt see anyone else's picks, timer went down to 0 on the first phase of the draft where you hover your champion, but for me, never went any further. Never got to ban phase and eventually I saw players leaving the lobby after a moment of time, signaling the lobby has disbanded, but I was still there. Counted as a loss for my promotional series which is unlucky to say the least. Hopefully this was just a kink in my internet and not a repeatable bug.
