Twisted Fate Stacked Deck Bug

So I encountered a bug yesterday, a simple one but definitely annoying. I was playing Twisted Fate jungle as that is his best role, and after some time in the game, I'm not sure why, after using my ultimate ability my Stacked Deck just began to not "stack" the deck, and constantly kept me on 0/4 cards, nullifying almost half of my damage. It remained this way for a long portion of the game, and I thought, well there must be only one way to fix it... Dying. So after doing so, it returned back to normal, but I was without that extra auto damage for quite a long time, rather annoying.
