Something wrong with tenacity and jungle

I get the mastery that gives me +10% tenacity, then I get a 35% tenacity item in game and my tenacity comes out to 42%, something is very wrong with the jungle as well, it takes 5hrs to clear, whoever messed up tenacity must have loaded the wrong jungle as well.
