Gift Notification Keeps popping up/ Queue problem

I gifted a friend a free skin a week ago and everytime i log in it notifies to tell me he opened it. Minor inconvience. Another problem happens when trying to start a game but the lobby remains black until i exit and re enter client. This normally happens after i finish a game and want to play amother. That is all.
