Is Replay not working for anyone else?
I really just want to see how a Heimerdonger solo killed baron in my last game.

Depends when that game took place. Remember replays expire after each patch: https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/234965248 We patched very recently: http://www.surrenderat20.net/2018/09/patch-819-server-maintenance.html
